Seals of Belenus in Pal.Lat.1196

These seals come from fol. 165v  in Manuscript Pal.Lat.1196.

The labels show the name of the planet in Latin script, but clearly taken from Arabic, with numbers indicating  the Chaldean order. I have given in [square brackets] a phonetic transcription of the classical Arabic name of the planet for comparison. This is one of the most compelling proofs we have that these series of characters comes to us from Arabic tracts, in this case, the more plausible geographical route of diffusion being The Levant-Spain-France.
